Stage 8 - Logroño - Nájera

Lenght 30,7 Kms  Time Long.: 6h 45min.

We started at Logroño on the Avda de Burgos and crossed the San Miguel Park until reach the public park of la Grajera. After about 1h and 15 min., by the Marsh Grajera, we have abandoned the city. A path leads along the banks of the reservoir until it flows into a rural road that runs parallel to the N120 road; We overcame a hill and reach Navarrete.

Leaving Navarrete follow the N120 road and after the Hermitage of Santa María de Jesús abandoned the Street towards the hoist. At a T-shaped junction we headed right toward the building of the cooperativa Vinícola. We crossed Ventosa and climb among vineyards passing milestones of stones left by pilgrims, until you reach the Alto de San Antón.

Continuing among vineyards in parallel to the road, soon we see far Najera. At the height of the factory of gravel before arriving at the town, follow the right hand. At the entrance of the village there is a sports centre, follow in front and we crossed the new part of the village to reach the old town of Nájera.
